Concrete Sky's title track from the first cd. Listen to the lyrics, there is some outstanding songwriting going on here by RJ Hembree, co-founder and main songwriter for the band.

I come knocking on her door,
Though I know she doesn’t live here anymore.
I still anticipate her smile
And her eyes, two less than four.

But I still care
When I see her walking up the stairs.
She looks back and I wonder why –
The concrete sky, I wonder why.

She’s got windows in her stare
But I can’t see her anywhere
She’s traveled many mapless miles
And her cares, one less than one.

And I’m still cold
From the chill that touched my troubled soul
I look into the concrete sky
The concrete sky, I wonder why.
